Crops Clinic

The Williamson County Crops Committee will sponsor a Crops Clinic on October 19 at the Taylor City Hall meeting room in Taylor. Our agenda is as follows:

The Clinic will offer 3 CEU's of credit (no partial credit) with 1 - Laws, 1 - IPM, and 1 - General. Registration fee is $5.00 per person and is payable at the door.

Pasture and Brush Management Clinic

The Williamson County Livestock Committee will sponsor this Clinic on October 26 at the Williamson County Extension Meeting Room. This Clinic will offer 2 CEU's of credit in the General Category.

Dr. Wayne (Allen) McGinty, Extension Range Specialist will discuss brush control methods. He will specifically discuss the control of mesquite and cactus. Dr. Twayne Butler, Extension Agronomist and myself will discuss pasture management - fertility, weed control, planting improved pastures, etc.

The Clinic will start at 7:00 PM on October 26 and end at 9:00 PM.
